This weekend we are off to the State Fair of Texas!! If you have never been, you should go...it's amazing. Plus, if you're not much for games, car shows or crazy food, it's good people watching!

I'm liking the middle of the list from fried grilled cheese, fried jelly belly beans, fried s'mores (need i say more ;), fire and ice, fried chocolate truffles and chocolate-covered strawberry waffle balls. That doesn't even cover all the stuff you can get on a stick!! I think I will pass on the fried cantaloupe pie though. I don't think my stomach will be able to keep up with all those interesting sweet things, but I'll give it a good go!
