Sunday we ventured out to Main Street Bethlehem in Burnet, TX. It is the true definition of the living nativity. They have the town of Bethlehem there for you, tavern, inn, basket making, oil selling, synagogue, soldiers, jail, tax collector and all. It is amazing!! They even have food for you to try...figs, breads, handmade cheese, etc. We had a great time despite the frigid temperatures. It was 84 degrees on Sat and when we went on Sunday night, it was 38 degrees. Texans have got to be tough people to put up with an almost 50 degree weather change in a matter of 12 hours!! Thankfully there were a million other people there to keep us warm ;)
