John & Jake have been in swimming lessons the last 2 weeks and are doing great! John is just a little fish...he can do 'freestyle' and 'back crawl' better than 'drowning in a direction.' He gets better everyday and is now brave enough to venture to the deep side of the pool without mom (don't worry, i've got my eyeballs glued to him like no other!). Jacob was a little timid at first, but is now back to the usual throwing himself into the water and giggling the whole time. I am starting to see a healthy respect for the water, so hopefully that will continue to grow along with his swimming skills. Ryan just loves to kick and splash...he's just a happy baby!
