Well we (mostly Mark) did the first run of the smoker this weekend. It was quite successful in my opinion...we did pork and beef ribs. Also, take note of the new patio under the smoker...that was phase 2 of the home improvement project...we still have a couple phases to go before we're totally done with that, but it's great to have!

Smokin' Ribs
Well we (mostly Mark) did the first run of the smoker this weekend. It was quite successful in my opinion...we did pork and beef ribs.
