I really can't believe it...John is now 7 years old!!! Time has sure flown by. He had a great day with swimming, minute to win it games with his buddies, toilet paper fights, wrestlemania, pinatas, cake, ice cream & pizza buffet. He's been working so hard to earn a DS this summer and with his birthday money was able to finally get his DS. He and his brothers didn't waste any time getting it fired up and "making sure it worked."
To finish this off, I thought I would share some of the things I love most about my 7 year old:
- He always smiles (even when he's mad at me)
- When I try to pretend to wipe away his many, many freckles on his face, he just laughs and says "you can't wipe those off, those are all the kisses I've gotten."
- He LOVES to wrestle and throws his whole self into it (literally and mentally).
- He LOVES his family more than anything (video games are a close 2nd).
- He's a good sport at trying new things.
- He practices being a superhero/jedi when no one is looking
- He still loves to snuggle.
