3 year old soccer is hilarious! John had his first practice tonight and I don't think I've laughed that hard in my life! Who would have thought that 3 & 4 year olds could run drills...but they can! The cutest one was the "Turn Around" drill and all the parents got to participate in this drill. The coach had the kids line up midfield and then take off towards a goal (basically like they were heading towards the 'wrong goal'). Then he would yell, "NOW" and all the parents would start yelling "Turn Around" at the kids and they would stop and look around and then turn around and head to the other goal (the 'right goal'). It was hilarious! And they worked on passing by 'kicking' their coach with their ball. Most of them thought it was so fun to be able to kick a ball at an adult and try to hit them. Let's hope he doesn't practice this at home!! Poor kitty!! ;) We are really looking forward to the games this season which start in a couple weeks. We'll have some fun game pics & stories to share then too.

I am so glad John finally got to wear his soccer socks and shoes. He looks like a real pro. Goal!!
